Garlic Butter Shrimp π¦π§
A rich and buttery shrimp dish that pairs perfectly with pasta or rice!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- For serving: Cooked pasta or rice
Instructions:
Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Finish & Serve:
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Serve over pasta or rice for a quick, tasty meal!
