Salmon with Lemon and Dill 🐟🍋
A light, flavorful baked salmon dish!
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions:
Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Season the Salmon:
- Drizzle with olive oil & butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dill.
- Top with lemon slices.
Bake & Serve:
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- Serve with steamed veggies or rice!
