Fish Tacos 🌮🐟
A fresh and zesty taco night favorite!
Ingredients:
For the Fish:
- 1 lb white fish (cod, tilapia, or mahi-mahi)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
Instructions:
Cook the Fish:
- Season fish with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.
Prepare the Slaw:
- Mix coleslaw, sour cream, lime juice, honey, and salt.
Assemble the Tacos:
- Place fish in tortillas, top with coleslaw, and add extra lime juice!
