hrimp Stir-Fry 🍤🥦
A quick and healthy stir-fry with fresh veggies!
Ingredients:
For the Shrimp & Veggies:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon ginger, grated
For the Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat oil in a pan, add shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Veggies:
- Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add Sauce & Serve:
- Stir in sauce and return shrimp to the pan. Cook for 1-2 more minutes until thickened.
- Serve over rice or noodles!
